| Hastings Physical Therapy Spine, Sport & Extremity Center first opened it’s doors in 2002 with only two employees. In August of 2003, Hastings Physical Therapy moved from a small space on the first floor of the Crosier Park Professional building down to the garden level in suite 40. In 2005, Hastings Physical Therapy expanded their name to include Spine & Extremity Center and changed their logo. Since then, Hastings Physical Therapy has increased from only two employees to eleven. With the increase in staff also came an increase in specialties; HPT not only specializes in spine care, but now has one of only nine physical therapy Sports Certified Specialists in the state as well as a Certified Hand Specialist. June 8, 2009, Hastings Physical Therapy opened the doors to its new facility at 2307 Osborne Drive West. The new facility boasts 5500 square feet to include two spacious gyms, six comfortable treatment rooms, an occupational / hand therapy room and a wide range of equipment.
