Hastings Physical Therapy Spine & Extremity center is making rehabilitation more fun and effective with Wii-Hab.  Wii-Hab is a new and exciting rehabilitation program that utilizes the Nintendo Wii game console with a motion-sensing joystick that requires our patients to engage in the virtual sports they play, promoting a faster, livelier recovery.

Wii-Hab will help our patients improve balance, endurance, coordination, strength and range-of-motion.  The games our patients play will depend on their physical needs and abilities.  Bowling requires less movement; tennis, baseball and golf require more balance and range-of-motion.

Wii-Hab incorporates fun, everyday activities to make the rehabilitation experience of our patients more enjoyable.
